How long will my order take?
Hand made items have a processing time of 1-2 weeks, almost all items are made to order due to living in such a small space. This also allows me to easily add any small customisations or adjustments you’d like for no extra charge.
Can I order a custom item?
Of course! Please use the contact form to explain what you’d like in detail and I’ll get back to you with a price.
How do I find the right nail size for press on nails?
I’ve included a guide on how to measure your nails here. After you’ve got your sizes you can write them in the note box upon purchase.
Are your nail sizes inclusive?
It's important to me that everyone can shop here, so I've made sure I have a wide variety of sizes. Widths in short nails go up to 20mm, medium up to 18mm and the longer lengths up to 16mm. I'm always looking for longer nails in wider sizes so hopefully I will update this soon with larger sizes at longer lengths!
What can I do if I lost/broke one of my nails I bought?
You can purchase a replacement nail here! There is a limit of 4 nails that can be replaced at any one time.
